How do I even ask this question?

  • Okay, I don’t know where to begin.

    I set up the site and on a page I have the levels short code: [pmpro_levels].

    Of course the levels are there to be selected. But when I select one of the levels to test it out, I get a blank page with this jargon:

    <META HTTP-EQUIV=”Refresh” CONTENT=”0;URL=https://derekouellette-ca.covenantoflove.net/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=2″><h1>VIEW TEMPORARY SITE</h1>

    Can somebody help me please?

  • Hey there,

    It sounds like this is most likely a plugin/theme conflict. Try deactivating your plugins one by one and/or switching to a default WordPress theme such as twentyfourteen and see if you can isolate the issue.
