Cannot login as Super Admin

I cannot login as the Super User on my WordPress MultiSite install.

I do not understand your response to the same problem:

Where is this login page? I cannot get to it. When I enter toni-two.com/login – it takes me to toni-two.com/wp-login.

I think my host turned the plugin off.

How can I fix this? My web host techs have been working on this for weeks.
