wp-login 404 error

Hi,
I can’t login to my wordpress install. olivabeardsley.com/wp-login.php
it redirects to:
Cloudflare is in development mode and there are page rules for wp-admin/* and wp-login.php*
I have tried renaming plugins folder, deleting and pasting default .htaccess file and I have looked in PhpAdmin at the database and the siteUrl, home and postname looks fine (site url without www)
I have tried to clear browser cache and tried different browsers.
