How to have one subdomain separate from Multisite

    I have a wordpress multisite installation set up using subdomains. But I would like to have one subdomain site created with Rapidweaver. I have trip uploading to the subdomain folder on the server. But when I try going to the address, it goes to a page related to the main domain. How can I set things up so that for that one subdomain it won’t default to the wordpress multisite folder?
