[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Subscribers/Followers Are Gone

Around December I moved to a self-hosted blog and requested my followers be transferred but they never were. I figured it took time and eventually got frustrated and left it be, but now I am requesting help to fix this problem. I followed other threads and even tried to move them myself, but only three were transferred and now I can’t see any of my old followers on my new site or old site.

Can anyone help me?
