Not compatible with HTTPS enabled sites

    I installed GARD on my blog which is HTTPS enabled and noticed that GARD is trying to load Google Ads over https:// but web browsers are blocking those links as unsafe scripts.

    I can fix this myself by replacing all “https://” references in GARD code to “//”, this will make browsers to reference Google Ads links with either https:// or https:// depending on which protocol main page is loaded.

    I would highly recommend this change on GARD mailline code for next release, thanks!
