Database error

  • In the akismet admin page i go to page 2 of the spam list and then if i try to come back to page 1 i get the following database error

    /blockquote/These are the latest comments identified as spam by Akismet. If you see any mistakes, simply mark the comment as “not spam” and Akismet will learn from the submission. If you wish to recover a comment from spam, simply select the comment, and click Not Spam. After 15 days we clean out the junk for you.

    Niponwave database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘-50, 0’ at line 1]
    SELECT * FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved = ‘spam’ ORDER BY comment_date DESC LIMIT -50, 0

    No results found.

    There are currently 106 comments identified as spam. /blockquote/

    this problem is occuring on both of my blogs. i hav recently updated to 2.1

  • But what version of Akismet do you have? I noted that we went from 1.8 to v2 fairly quickly with it. You may want to check to see which one you have.

    well i hav upgraded my akismet when i upgraded wordpress to 2.1. my akismet version is 2.
