    Thanks, we will look into the bulk editor title tag rewriter module to ensure that it does work on media. If there is a problem, we can address it and patch.

    Keep in mind that if you are adding the title tags to media via the library and trying to use that field (those fields are inert), so, you will have to use the title or tag option in the bulk editor.

    Also, much of the content will have to get re-crawled as well to reflect whatever changes you make in the rewriter. But if display in the browser is not happening, first try editing and saving in the mass editor and then using preview.
