Plugin installed but no effect

Hi,

I did installed the plugin but seems like no effect. Nothing change.
I do have w3 total cache. Even after I emptied page cache, still nothing change.
I use gtmetrix to view the result and the result still remain same as before install the plugin.

Please advise.
