Shortcodes adding inline styling after upgrade

  • Hello,

    I am taking over a website that was coded using shortcodes ultimate. It has just been updated to 3.9.1 and shorcodes ultimate has been updated to 4.9.0. When upgraded the shortcodes are adding a yellow background, and a border, etc to certain elements. The styling is appearing inline, but is not in the actual content area in that page. I have checked the custom css in the plugin(i.e. Shortcodes Ultimate>>Settings>>Custom CSS) and in my stylesheet. The console shows no errors. I have also disabled all the plugins and switched to theme 2012. The problem still persists (it goes away when plugins are deactivated, but when I turn on shortcodes first the problem is back).

    I overrode most of these style. I am wondering what caused it to do this in the first place?
