Entire theme style not being implemented

Hello, when i enable this Theme certain style features and appearances do no work. for example the font style for the h3 header style, its like it is using the default style and not the theme style. my site is https://goodstuff.fh2web.com/
as you can see even the theme color is defaulted to the orange default color.
