Email Address Box Removal

Hi all,

I searched through the forum and read through https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-easy-paypal-payment-or-donation-accept-plugin-120 and watch both of keith’s videos. I can’t find where I disable the email address entry being displayed in paypal box. You can see it in action here.

Below is what I am using as the shortcode. If I don’t specify my paypal email address it doesn’t work right. If I remove the whole email= shorcode, the box is still there.
