I need Date selection list Instead of calendar, Plus phone number masking.

    I’m using visual form builder for the first time. Initially I thought of purchasing its pro version but I see that this plugin lacks two very important features.
    One is that for date field it provides only calendar and not the selection list.

    Second is phone number masking which is more user friendly.
    For example: (99)-999-999-9999 or (999)-9999-999

    Is there any way to achieve both of these features?
    So that I can confidently purchase the pro version.
