WooComemrce, Groups, Subscriptions all into one

I have the following plugins:

Woocommerce
Woocommerce Groups
Woocommerce Subscriptions
Groups
Business Directory

I am trying to setup a membership site where they signup, pay the fee, after which they can submit a listing in the business directory plugin. I got all that to work. My problem and trying to find a solution:

After their ‘membership’ expires in woocommerce, I want to automatically remove/draft the post in business directory plugin. So if they do not pay/remove the membership so is the listing in business directory plugin.

I understand that the business directory plugin is basicly a front end post type, however, HOW do I do this exactly? I am not too keen on php, but I can read it and insert hooks and such, I just do not how to do this correctly.

In brief:

I setup a way to allow ONLY a certain ‘group’ to be able to post/edit their current listings in business directory using shortcodes and such, however it remains ‘posted’ even after membership expires because groups custom post in business directory and the woocommerce subscriptions are not LINKED.
So, I have to manually remove the listing in business directory plugin. Again, I am looking for a way to do this automatically.
