Short URL isn't pulling

Do you have %SURL% in your message format?

Yes, I do. It’s still sending out the long URL.

The Shorten URL takes over wp_get_shortlink so I’m not entirely sure why it’s not working together.

We did pay for the pro plugin.

What do you have in the settings tab URL shortener section?

%TITLE% – %SURL%
