    Does anyone know if there is a way to place a deadline restriction on user cancellations? For example, if I have it set up so users can cancel their own bookings, is there a way to give a deadline after which they can no longer cancel? Our cancellation policy for our events is that people can cancel with 48 hours’ notice and receive a full refund. So if I don’t want them to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, is there an option on the Events Manager plugin somewhere for that?

    I also want to clarify that users cannot initiate refunds – when they cancel, they’re canceling their booking but I still need to go to Authorize.net (our payment gateway) and manually trigger a refund. Is that correct? Apologies if the answers to these questions are obvious, this is my first time using the plug-in. Thanks!

    sorry but at the moment cancellation deadline is not currently possible however do you want this automatic and can you give us more detail? and I think same with refund where you need to do it manually.

    Thanks! I think it would be great to have this feature in the future. For example, setting a deadline where users can’t cancel a reservation themselves (but instead have to contact an admin for special circumstances) less than 48 hours’ before the event would be great – similar to the feature where you can put a deadline on how close users can register for an event to the actual event.
