Scroll to the top of the section?

Is there a way to make the page scroll to the top of the open section when a section is opened? I have a page that I’m putting song lyrics on (lyrics inside each section) but there are places on the site I want to link from (the linking works! but I need to figure out how to have it scroll automatically).
