"Hidden" outputs and weird dot

How do i hide the outputs until the submit button is pressed?
And also, there is a dot before the field when i check the “start new row” under appearance. I have unchecked the box for all the fields but the dot is still there before the first field as you can see here: https://www.invested.dk/udregnere/direkte-afkast/
So how can i remove that dot? And how do i hide the output fields until the user press the submit button. I’m supposing that the submit button is the update button or else i am missing something.
