• Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can give.

    Ever since upgrading to 2.1, my post titles show up with <!--enpte--> and <!--enpts--> surrounding them in any backend/Dashboard view.

    For example, from my Manage Posts screen:

    <!--enpts-->Post Title Is Here<!--enpte-->

    This is highly annoying, and causes other problems as well, since it’s literally part of the post title according to WP. How can I fix this?

    Other pertinent info:
    Site: euphoricreality.com
    PHP version: 5.1.2
    Located on: Dreamhost

    Thank you aga1n!

  • Deactivate all of your plugins – reactivate one by one testing in between.

    I tried all the plugins 1×1 and that did not work!

    I have the same problem! What plugins relating to the title or SEO do you have?

    Solved!
    I searched Google Code and the culprit is Edit n Place .6

    I sent a msg to the developers

    Hi together,
    I had the same problem.
    while editing the editnplace.php (under > plugins)

    “if (!user_can_edit_post($user_ID, $post->ID)) { return $cat;
    }

    return ‘|here you have to erase everything in there|‘ . $cat . ‘|same here|‘;
    }”

    actually I also deleted that <!–enpt…–> stuff also from the backend.php, but the above solution should already fix that problem

    thanks ill give it a go!
