Google Status Update Issue

    I have a question about the google+ status update box. I thought that if i typed a few characters in that box on an existing blog, that it resubmits the blog posting over to google plus? I have a bunch of old blog postings that were never posted on google plus from a while ago and I wanted to put the links over there without doing it on googleplus directly. So I went to an old blog entry and just typed a few characters in that box, hit update in wordpress and then went to google plus and I did not see it over there. Just to make sure my connection was working, I did a test posting brand new for the day and it went over fine. Am I not doing something right or am I trying to do something the google+ plugin is not supposed to do? Everything else works great so far and I really have enjoyed using this plugin.     The answer was actually that Google Plus is no longer accepting SMS transmissions through email to do the posting, thus this tool is not able to work anymore. I’m going to mark this topic as resolved. Thanks!
