    Easiest way to do this is to place your Participants Database signup form (or a link to it) where users will see it after registering with WooCommerce.

    It’s possible for a WordPress developer to do this automatically if you need to go that way, or if you want the second registration to be optional, you can pre-fill the plugin signup form with values from the WooCommerce registration. Again, programming skills needed for that.
