IE11 (Desktop mode) and search not working

    Hi,

    I’ve just down loaded “The Events Calendar” and so far I’m very impressed. However there is a small bug which I couldn’t find a resolution for in the forum. When running in IE11 (desktop mode) the search doesn’t work, I just get a the animated icon in the middle of the screen. This works fine in Firefox. I’ve also noticed the same behaviour when clicking on “Previous events”

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Howdy Rob!

    I am unable to reproduce that in IE11. I am testing those functions on our site wpshindig.com. Is that site working for you? If so, it is likely something about your local install that is causing an issue. First thing I would do is check your browsers console and see if it offers some enlightment. If not, testing for conflicts is a good next step: https://tri.be/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/

    If all else fails, maybe if you posted a link to your site the community could dive in. It might help you to get more responses.

    Hi Brook

    Thanks for responding to my message. After some investigation it looks like is just happening in my development (WAMP) environment, now I’ve published the site to the hosting provider the issue is fixed.
