Cannot update theme and don't know why

    I am using the Custom Community theme and there has recently been an update for it. I went to update it, however I got this error message:

    An error occurred while updating Custom Community: Could not copy file. custom-community/languages/es_ES.po

    I cannot work out or find why this is happening? Does anyone else have this same problem?

  • Count your blessings! The update to 2.0 has been a nightmare for us. We wish we’d never done it.

    Hi @jimboswebdev,

    this sounds strange. The 2.0 version is not translated to es_ES jet. This should not create such an issue.

    Please try to deactivate and delete the old version completely and than reinstall and activate the new version.

    If that dosen’t help, please write me an ticket at support.themekraft.com and I will investigate deeper.
