Customize youtube video size in WP

I’m using the newest version of WP, how can I customize the size of a youtube video Im inserting in my post. I know its something about shortcode, but I don’t understand. Looks like in older versions of WP there were specific buttons to do this, but I don’t see those in this version, thanks.
