Inclusion of pluggable.php will conflict with other plugins and themes

You have included the pluggable.php file way before its intended to be used. The thing is, many themes and plugins rely on over-riding some functions defined in the pluggable.php file of WordPress, but since you included it while initialisation of your plugin, other plugins and themes will not be able to over-ride any of the function/s defined in that file.
