Unable to update to 3.1.1

  • Hello,

    I’ve not been able to update to the latest 3.1.1.
    This is message I got:

    Warning: touch(): Unable to create file /tmp/jetpack.tmp because No such file or directory in /home/shorts17/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 155

    Warning: unlink(/tmp/jetpack.tmp): Operation not permitted in /home/shorts17/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 500
    Download failed. Could not open handle for fopen() to /tmp/jetpack.tmp

    Can anyone advise on how to fix this? Thank you.
