affiliate link tracking

Hi,
I have just signed up with Synthesis hosting which uses your plugin. Incredibly fast! However, I noticed that my affiliate links are not tracking. Could there be a cache issue interfering with the affiliate links? I am using hotelscombined affiliate program.
