• I installed plugin, activated it, and then page was created. Why cant everything just go in the page via shortcodes or something.

I don’t use menus on my site, and I don’t want the questions etc in a sidebar.

Why cant everything not be in the page that is created, would be a lot easier.

    Please check the installation instruction.
AnsPress use base page for showing all its content, no extra page needed. Check base page shortcode.

I am a bit confused regarding the base page part. Once the plugin is installed and activated, I have the page with the short-code in it. What do I now do regarding the base page thing.

I think installation could be clearer, a lot of people just write on wordpress, and 99% of plugins are setup and functioning from the point of installation.

What you see when you visit base page ?
Installation problem will be solved in coming version.

I give up with this plugin for now. I don’t get the whole create menu thing etc, all I want is the categories, ask, questions inside the original page which is created.

Installation is too confusing for me. Hopefully in future maybe this will be more straight-forward as it looks like a good plugin.
