Missing Tab

Just a quick one guys:

I’ve added a new page to my site, but I cant get a tab for it up the top. To clarify, by ‘tab’ I mean a link like ‘Home’ or ‘Contact Us’.
I was sure making and publishing a new page would automatically make a tab at the top, but it hasn’t.

Any ideas?
