Remove sending restriction

I’ve read in your documentation that Knews sends out emails one by one if you’re using an external SMTP service. We are using an external SMTP service that has virtually no hourly limits.

How can we remove the restriction of how many mails knews sends per x time?

I want Knews to start sending and stop when all is sent to the SMTP provider, without limits. Just start and stop when all is sent.
