Close Fieldset Border

I have 2 issues.

1. I am using fieldset borders. The top border coming from the right side does not come all the way over to the Fieldset Label like it does in the manual. It makes a very short hook to the left and stops.

2. When using a field type radio, I do not want a long choice to “word wrap”. I can not figure out which style feature to modify. There is plenty of room in the form for the line to be on one line.

I have made numerous changes to the default style features already that may have caused these issues. Just can’t figure out where to change them to what I want.
