Bought the Pro Version but not working

I purchased the $19 pro version but it is not working.
I cannot get the TEXT CROP FRAME to work correctly. I have set my image to 200px and want the text to come down as long as the image. No matter how many lines I set it to, it will not go longer than 5.
When I go to change the READ MORE text, nothing happens.
I have also tried the different themes. They look correct but when the page loads the font is large, then shrinks smaller.
Please help. I like the idea of the plugin, but really want to have the quality of what I paid for.
