Where do I set the default contact?

    the default contact is the user who created the event, i.e. the owner

    I’m asking about the DEFAULT for the plugin as a whole. It says it is set on the settings page, but there are multiple settings pages for the plugin and I don’t find anything labeled as “default contact” in those settings.

    There’s no default setting for that within the plugin. In that situation the default becomes the author / owner of the event and the email associated with the user profile is used.
