• I am having a problem when you click on my client’s listing. Here’s what the site looks like without issues:

If you drill down on the active listing to read details you see on the link above, here’s a peek at the problem:

The masthead design disappears, the images become too big, the sidebar falls below the listing, etc.

I was having similar problems with the various Status pages (Sold: Buyer, Rented, etc) and you guys told me I had the wrong permalink name–that it wouldn’t work with the Listings plugin. Once I renamed them, the first problem was resolved.

Can you let me know how I can fix this? The various Status pages look great now, but only until you click on a listing. Not good!

    Thanks for the help!

  • You may need to contact your theme developers ([email protected]). It looks like this is something you purchased from them?

No, it’s the WP Listings plugin that I am having problems with. It’s not Thesis (DIY). I had this same distorted view when the permalink I was using was not compatible with this plugin. Once fixed, it went back to the proper view.

This leads me to believe we are having an issue with the permalink naming again when you click on listings for the details.
