• Great plugin. I’m ready to sign up for membership to get the extensions. However, before I do this, I want to be sure it delivers the mail successfully. It DID deliver the test email. However, I set up a non-test member and sent the message, and I haven’t received it yet. It’s been about 15 minutes. Is this normal?

No it’s not normal. Who is your provider?

Hostgator, but I’ve been using another newsletter for the last few years, and it works fine. Maybe it’s something in the settings. Would you mind taking a look if I send over login details?

It looks like by default it was set to send the email on August 13, 2014 @ 9:45 pm– a few hours from now. I changed the time ti now, and the messages sent successfully. How I change this in the future?

Hi, when you create an email the sending time should be set to “now”. A future time is very strange!

The timezone of your blog is set to your timezone? It influences only the display of hours, but it’s a starting point to find a possible problem.

Thanks. That solved the problem. Is there an easy way to customize the theme in Feed by Mail? I really like the themes in Newsletter. Is there a way to use on of them in Feed by Mail? Sorry for all the questions ??

I read the documentation. I guess what I’m asking is if I can make changes to one of the default themes (without knwledge of php) and save the changes for future newsletters.

Themes are PHP code like the wordpress themes. You can copy the theme in another folder (see my the feed by mail page for reference) and change just the html.
