background image missing on android

    Hi, I love this plugin and how easy it makes things, and appreciate that you do this for free. Which is why I am hoping you can fix the issue with background images not showing up on android, or maybe give me some tips to get it working?

    I love the plugin and am grateful for your time, but it is an unfortuante deal breaker if I can’t get it to work across platforms.

  • I’ve got the same problem, the first box text also appears upside down.

    I’m using the Weaver II Pro theme.

    Yep I also get the randomly upside down ones, and I am also using weaver 2 pro, might be a connection there!

    Maybe worth a post on Weaver Forum. Have you tried changing themes? I would but the site is live!

    Just tried it on a different them and there is still the blank background problem on android, so it is not a weaver problem.

    Hello Guys,

    Sorry for the delayed response but I been pretty busy lately. I spotted the issue and was able to provide a fix. Please update to 1.2.7 for the fix. Just updating is not enough unfortunately, for the fix to take place you will have to open the slidebox with the problem for edit and then toggle between “bottom” and “up” from the Entrance Effect Menu (if you have bottom, select up then bottom again, if you have Up do the Opposite). Thank you guys for spotting this issue and help make this plugin better. If you have any other issues in the future please refer to WP VSBB main support forum.

    Thanks mate, I will check out the fix and then update my rating. Really appreciate you creating this thing for free and if it is fixed it is an incredible asset and gift. Thanks for your time
