Which theme is it? If it is a free one downloaded from www.ads-software.com the author and/or other user may be able to help if you post on the specific forum for that theme.

If it is a purchased theme you should contact your vendor for support.

OK – in that case I’m don’t think that the twentytwelve forum would the best place to as the woocommerce templates are not included in twentytwelve. Where did the child theme come from?
