Wordfence scan found

I got this result from a new Wordfence Scan:

WordPress core file modified: wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php
This WordPress core file has been modified and differs from the original file distributed with this version of WordPress.

Do I just click in the plugin to let it restore the original file or would there be a reason for this change making it so that it should NOT be put back to the original version. I don’t want to break my site without a way to go back.

Just unsure what to do with this information and appreciate your guidance…
