Billing/Shipping fields not showing at checkout

I have a Woo Commerce (v2.1.12) powered website. It was working fine up until the latest Woo Commerce release. NOw if you add a product to the cart and then checkout, it no longer prompts the gueset user for their billing/shipping information. In WooCommerce, I’ve checked the box to allow checkout as guest. A registered user can still checkout, but a guest user can not since they can’t enter their billing info.
If I go into WooCommerce and set Settings > Product > Shop Page to the checkout page, it will display the fields, but will then give a route error at checkout. If I switch it back to my store or cart page (like it needs to be), it will not list the bill/ship input fields.
I’m using the latest version of NanoShop Lite. All themes and plugins are up to date.
Any one have ideas as to why these input fields aren’t showing?
