Jetpack Stats Stopped Working

My Jetpack stats have stopped working as of a few days ago. The only thing that changed, is I changed some caching options through W3TC to make the website load and transition faster. We are at a few hundred thousand visitors a month and use Jetpack WordPress is a big marketing use for us. We did A-Synchronous load the Javascript, perhaps that has something to do with it?
