Moving a site from a development address to a live address

I did a wordpress site as a favour for a non-profit, and the site has been developed under an alternate address (https://dev.pacedmonton.com). The site has been approved and is ready to go live to the domain https://www.pacedmonton.com

What is the best way to go about moving it? This will be the first time that I have done this sort of move.

Any help would be much appreciated. I am new to the wordpress world and have definitely been learning as I’ve been going with this site.
