Using WP Better Emails with SB Welcome Email Editor

    Hello there,

    I had installed WP Better Emails Plugin and it worked fine.

    Then I decided that I had to change the initial content of mail (mainly the mail sent to new users of my website.

    In order to do so I installed the SB Welcome Email Editor Plugin (I saw this Plugin mentionned in one of your earlier Posts).

    I created a Welcome email on the admin Page of this new Plugin

    But then all the work done in WP Better Emails was skipped and I only got plain text emails.

    Is there a way to use both Plugins?

    I can confirm this to be the case. Once I enabled the better emails plugin I got just text emails. It would be very nice if these two plugins worked together or even better were merged into just one plugin.

    Stephand have you found any solution to this issue yet?

    Hello Paul,
    I am afraid the only solution I found so far is to copy and paste emails (the one created with WB Better Emails before activating SB Welcome Email Editor)… in outlook

    It looks like that worked.. I will have to test further when I get home. Thanks.. I actually overlooked that setting and in reading the thread I found I just assumed it was correct.

    you were right, it is working properly with this option correctly set up. In fact, I misunderstood its meaning (my English too poor!)
