image rotate dont work

  • I’m going insane here. For some reason i can rotate uploaded vertical images. i get this error: Could not load the preview image. Please reload the page and try again. This only happens with image size above 1mb.. strange!!

    I’ve found related threads but nothing worked for me. Deleted closing php tag in functions.php, change to parent theme, completely delete functions.php even reupload wp-config.php NOTHING. Something so simple and yet something that makes my profit go straight in the drain having to spend this much time on!!! Arggg
