• We recently updated wordpress and now when I try to scale images it gives me an error of NaN. It never did this before. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is this something common when updating. My website is BoostRewards.com if you need it. I didn’t build this site I just manage it.

I looked for previous examples of this but the only ones I found were between 1-3 years old and didn’t seem to apply to me.

Hopefully I included everything I needed but if there is something else let me know. Thanks everyone.

  • I am having the same problem. I’ve checked all my plugins by deactivating them and still having the error. The website I manage is mxillc.com

I hope someone can help us.

I noticed this same problem today.

    How do you scale images?

I go into media->Library->then edit under an image. Once the image page pops up I have to click “edit image”. That’s when the image scale box appears. I try to input another number into one of the dimensions (both larger or smaller just to see if it would work)and then other box will read “NaN”

I hope I explained that well enough.

Try deactivating all your plugins and switch to the default Twenty Fourteen/Thirteen theme to narrow down the issue.
