Install WooCoomerce on Subdomains ( multisite ) ???

Hi,

I’m just starting with woocommerce.

I have a multisite, with subdomains exeample :

https://www.mysite.com (domain)

Sub domains :

https://www.site1.mysite.com
https://www.shop.mysite.com
https://www.blog.mysite.com

I’d like to install woocommere on ONLY ONE of them, (shop domain), and not for all. But when i install woocommerce and activate it , it put me woocommerce on all my sub domains, so, for one of them https://www.mysite.com it appears too, but all the others are in maintenance mode, but i cannot use maintenance mode on all, because my website will be Out for visitors, and and don’t know how long it will take me for my tests.

Somebody can help me, with a link about multidomains and woocommerce, for example ? or advices ? please.
