Images not wrapping correctly

I have multiple problems:
1) Only the first paragraph aligns to the image – the second paragraph decides to go underneath the image
2) The first paragraph continues to align to the empty space below the image. It only stops when a new paragraph has started.

It’s affected all of my old posts which were fine before. I reinstalled the theme just now so I know it’s not something I’ve done to the code. It could be that I need to update my wordpress, as I’m running an older version.

Anyway, I’ve switched to a different theme for now. I’ll try switching back once I’m able to update my wordpress to the latest version.
