    Hello,

Can you verify you got the latest version 1.1.4?
As this used to be a bug in a older version (and was fixed quickly after).

    Regards,
    Marco

    Alright,

Do you have any custom prefix ?
or is the prefix set to ost_ ?(default)

As it should be working fine.

Sorry i retracted 1.1.5 as it had some issues on contact form shortcode.

I have rescheduled the 1.1.5 for tomorrow after our dev takes a look at it .

Currently it shows ticket list for logged in users and no contact form if your not logged in (kinda beated the point for it lol -.-)

    Thanks and sorry for this.

We are pretty new when it comes to WordPress dev (coming from Drupal dev).

So on new updates we tend to learn some limitations from time to time (even though we tested in our own environments)

If you want you can also provide access upfront so we can test the release on your env.

    Hello,

The solution for Duemmler was to upgrade his osTicket system to 1.9.3
    Where he had 1.8 installed.

Our plugin is no longer compatible with 1.8.

    Regards,
    Marco

Upgrade to 1.9.3. and works fine.

    Thanks
