I’ve been using your plugin for about 6 months, with just 2 tables and have just upgraded from the standard User Meta plugin to the Pro version. Immediately one of the tables has stopped displaying completely, but the other displays fine. I’ve deactivated the User Meta Pro plugin and all works again. I really need both of these plugins, but cannot understand why one of your tables works and the other doesn’t.
The site can be found at https://www.dartmoorgeocaching.co.uk The table that works is the bottom item in the UK Rankings menu and the one that doesn’t is the only item on the Dartmoor Caches menu. I have reactivated the other plugin but will deactivate if that would help.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble!

With “stopped displaying completely”, you mean that the entire page with the table is not showing, right?
This could indicate that there’s not enough memory available, so that the PHP Memory Limit is reached. Could you please try increasing that, by changing (or adding) the value of the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT constant in the wp-config.php file, e.g. to ′256M′, by following the instructions from https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Editing%20wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Hi Tobias,

Many thanks for this but I have no idea how to access this file. Is this something I can do myself or do I need to get my hosting company to do it for me please?

    Many thanks
    Dave.

    Hi Dave,

that is a file that you should be able to access via an FTP client. With that, you can log into your server, and you will then find the file in the main folder of WordPress.
If you have trouble locating it, your webhost can probably help.

    Tobias
