Secure Admin Pages (SSL)

When using define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true); to have a secure admin side in WordPress the following error comes up in Chrome and doesn’t allow the popup for the embedding of a form.
[blocked] The page at ‘https://www.thedomain.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=4630&action=edit’ was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from ‘https://js.jotform.com/JotFormFormPicker.js?_=1408742835823’: this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.
