Lost all my subscribers!

I had to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, and in the process, we lost all our site’s subscribers, stats, etc. We’re at c3ny.org. I’ve seen this issue resolved in forums by plugin maintainers; if you’d help us, too, we’d much appreciate it. Thanks!!
